"Voters approved medical marijuana in 2008, but now two West Michigan lawmakers are hoping to pass regulations.
The legislation would make it difficult for people to grow their own medical marijuana. The legislation is proposed by Senators Wayne Kuipers of Holland and Gerald Van Woerkom of Norton Shores."
